Every print is made to order. Because each one is custom-produced for you, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order is placed.
Damaged or incorrect prints
If your print arrives damaged, or if there's an error on our end, we'll replace it at no charge. Send a photo of the issue through our contact page within 14 days of delivery and we'll take care of it.
Fulfillment & shipping
Prints are fulfilled by Bay Photo Lab on Fujicolor Crystal Archive Matte Velvet paper. Orders ship within 7–10 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
