jmullen photo llc ("we", "us") operates jmullen.photo. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. The short version: we collect only what's needed to fulfill orders and respond to inquiries, and we don't track you around the web.

What we collect

When you place an order, Stripe collects your name, email, and shipping address on our behalf. We receive this information to fulfill your order but never see or store your credit card number.

When you use the contact form, your name, email, subject, and message are submitted through Google Apps Script and forwarded to us by email.

Analytics

We use lightweight, custom event tracking to understand how visitors interact with the site — things like page views, image views, and time spent on pages. This data uses anonymous session IDs and event types only. No personal information is collected or linked to analytics data.

Payment processing

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. Your credit card details are entered directly on Stripe's secure checkout page. We never receive, process, or store your card information.

Cookies

We don't use tracking cookies. If you add items to your cart, that state is stored locally in your browser and is not sent to any server.

Third parties

We share information with the following services only as needed to operate the site and fulfill orders:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Bay Photo Lab — print fulfillment (receives your name and shipping address)
• Google Apps Script — contact form delivery
• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and image delivery

We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.

Data retention

Order records (name, email, shipping address, and what you ordered) are kept for fulfillment, customer service, and tax purposes. Contact form messages are retained in email only.
